Our Journey

History of International Muslim Business Network

Established on August 5, 2006, in Kota Bharu, Malaysia, IMBNET was founded by the late Dato’ Abu Bakar Chik. This NGO aimed to unify Muslim businesses globally and has since evolved into one of the largest international Muslim business networks.

From its inception, IMBNET has worked to strengthen connections among Muslim entrepreneurs, fostering a sense of community and collaboration that spans different industries and countries.
